1. Return Eligibility:
You can request a return within 2–5 days of delivery if:
•Product received is damaged or broken
•Wrong item delivered
•Product is defective
•Product is not as described
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
•Opened or used grocery items, beverages, pods
Edible items
•Personalized or custom-made items
•Products damaged due to customer misuse
•Electronics where the seal is broken
2. Return Shipping Charges:
Return is treated as a separate shipment.
•If we made the mistake (wrong/damaged product):
→ Return shipping is FREE (paid by us)
If customer wants to return due to:
•Wrong selection
•Change of mind
Doesn’t like the product
→ Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount
3. Return Process:
1. Customer submits return request
2. We verify the issue with photo/video proof
3. Return pickup is arranged
4. Returned item is inspected at our warehouse
5. Refund or replacement is processed within 3–7 working days
4. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued through:
Store credit
or
Bank / UPI transfer
Note: Forward shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy:
Replacement is offered when:
•Product is delivered damage
•Wrong product received
•If the same product is not in stock,
→ We will process a full refund
6. Non-Returnable Items:
•For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
•Groceries (Chips, chocolates, dry fruits, etc.)
•Beverages
•Pods
•Edible items
•Used décor items
•Electronics with broken seal
•Customized or handmade resin items
7. Conditions for Successful Return:
To qualify for a refund:
•Product must be in original packaging
•All parts/accessories included
Item must not be used or damaged by the customer
