Return Window :

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order

Any request made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Video :

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed outer packaging before opening

The entire unboxing process

The product condition after opening.

⚠️ If a proper unboxing video is not provided, the return request will be automatically rejected.
No exceptions.

Conditions For Returns :

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

All accessories and tags must be intact.

Damaged or missing packaging may lead to rejection.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed within standard business timelines to your original payment method.
